1) give me a "how to make" book or link. (from step 1 to final drinking)
2) what top 5 books would you recommend (in order from most important to least)
3) for first timers- oils, extracts, or cook your own? singles or 2 liters? yeast and ferment or carbonate?
4) which kind of yeast for which kind of head/foam?
