Our brew is based on traditional recipes from a bygone era, before the use of artificial extracts, high fructose sweeteners and artificial preservatives. We use real sarsaparilla, star anise, cinnamon, cloves, vanilla, maple and other natural whole ingredients and flavors in our root beer. We also use less than half the sugar of major brands and other craft sodas. Since our root beer is made like a root tea you get real health benefits from our sarsaparilla and other herbs and spices.
