3 tb Root beer extract
1 tb Dry yeast
Carbonation with yeast can cause extreme pressure (think champagne
cork) and can even cause some containers (like milk jugs) to explode.
|In a gallon jug with a
tight-fitting lid, combine sugar, root beer extract and yeast.
Add enough lukewarm water to fill gallon jug.
Let stand at room temperature for 6 hours.
Place in refrigerator overnight or until completely chilled.
