due to the difficulties i have faced in trying to order mass quantities of my favorite henry weinhard root beer, i have decided to take a road trip to the blitz-weinhard brewery in hood river, oregon. i was wondering if i the root beer and beer brewing areas are separate since i am under 21 and will likely be refused entry to the beer brewerey. i also want to know if i will be able to purchase the root beer from the brewery or if i will have to go to some distributor, and if so where the distibutor may be, as i am looking to buy more than just a case. any information on this brewery would be nice, or if there is possibly another quality root beer brewery in the orgeon/washington area i might want to check it out.

as it turns out, henry weinhard root beer is not brewed in hood river, oregon as the bottle indicates but is in fact brewed somewhere in callifornia. the road trip did have a happy ending however since there was a distributor located in portland.
