I am looking for information about a root beer brand - Brauermister (SP?)
(not baumister!) It was made in Manitowoc Wisconsin. They also made an orange soda. This was the root beer that got me hooked on root beer!
It was the best. The closest I've found has been Henry Wienhardt's root beer. Specher is a close 3rd.

It is no longer being made. I am trying to find out some information. Has anyone heard of them?

It also seems to be available at numerous restaurants around Wisconsin. If you happen to be from Wisconsin, do a google search and I bet you'll find some place near you.

Thanks! Yes, after further research. Baumeister was the root beer. My Father-in-Law was the one who found it. They live in Milwaukee and on road trips north would pick some up. (I live in Minnesota). On one of his trips, he couldn't find it anymore. Someone said they went ouf of business. It is bottled in Kewaunee, WI by Orange Crush Bottling. I found I can buy it on line if you want to pay $1.25/bottle shipping Plus $.99/bottle.
